However, this number can be changed to record any number of changes. You can then undo any change desired, or even undo part of a change. Any change that was undone can also be redone. The History Details window displays exactly how a change affected your lightplot.
Print Footer Layout Designer added.
A Footer Layout Designer has been added to the print options. This designer allows you to create exactly how the footer of your printed paperwork will appear. You can include any text and images you need. The font, color and alignment of each piece of text can be specified as well as its exact location. A Default Layout is included with LPS, and you may add as many custom layouts as you need.
Unit Type, Position & Purpose Shortcuts
User definable shortcuts have been added to the Unit Type, Position and Purpose columns. This allows you to enter 's436' into the Unit Type column and have LPS translate that into 'Source Four 36 Degree' for example.
Import speed from csv and tab separated files has been dramatically improved.
Various improvements have been made to how shows are imported resulting in a much faster import time. Shows which previously could take 2 or 3 minutes to import are now imported in 5 to 10 seconds. In addition, a dialog is displayed when the import has finished.
A Print Preview option has been added
There is now a Print Preview option available from the paperwork print dialog. This lets you view, on screen, what the paperwork will look like when printed.
Printing can be done in either Portrait or Landscape format.
There is now a landscape orientation option available when printing the paperwork. This lets you print your paperwork in a landscape format, if desired.
Print template feature added
You can now print the templates that are used in the show. This feature lets you print a template list with the image of the template next to it. The templates can be displayed by position, or numerically. The resulting print out can be used to easily identify which templates are needed.
Import and Export to Pocket PC features have been added.
The ability to import and export to LPS Mobile format has been added. You can now export your lightplot, or part of your lightplot, to the Pocket PC format of LPS Mobile. In addition, you can import and merge LPS Mobile formatted files back into your lightplot. The merge capability allows you to specify how you handle conflicts for each column, and exactly what data and columns you want to merge.
Dimmers can now be updated in groups
The dimmers in the Dimmer Dialog can now be updated in groups. This allows you to select a range of dimmers and change their type, capacity, status, swicthes and notes at once.
Shows can be deleted
You can now delete a Show from the Lightplot. This is done via the right click popup menu from the Navigation Window or from the Lightplot menu.
Focus adjustment added to Template Wizard
A focus slider has been added to the Template Wizard. This allows you to adjust the sharpness of the template and therefore simulate blurring the template.
Focus adjustment added to Gobo Rotator Wizard
A focus slider has been added to the Gobo Rotator Wizard. This allows you to adjust the sharpness of both templates simultaneously. The sharpness of the templates are slightly different as they would be in an actual unit.
Templates can now be selected from the Template Category Wizard
The Template Category Wizard, accessible from within the Template Wizard, now allows you to select a template by double clicking on it. The chosen template is then displayed as the selected template in the Template Wizard.
Units can now be selected from the Unit Type Catalog Wizard
The Unit Type Catalog Wizard, accessible via the Unit Type Wizard, now lets you select a unit by double clicking on its image. The chosen unit is then entered as the selected unit in the Unit Type Wizard.
Colors with dashes (ie R-23) are now recognized
Color numbers with dashes in them, ie R-23, are now recognized by LPS.
The display of color swatches in the layouts is now optional
The display of color swatches in the color column of layouts can now be turned off via a checkbox in the editing preferences.
Color swatches can now be printed in the paperwork
The printing options now include an option to print out color swatches in the paperwork. If selected, the printed paperwork will contain a small color swatch next to each known color in the color column.
All instrument field names are now editable
All instrument field names are now editable, along with all custom field names. This lets you renamed any field to meet your personal preferences. For example, you can now rename 'Channel' to 'Ch' if desired.
A 'Collapse All' option has been added to the right click menus in the Navigation Window
The popup menus accessible by right clicking on the lightplot or show names in the Navigation Window has been expanded to include a 'Collapse All' option. Selecting this option will collapse all items of the selected show or lightplot.
Units that have work notes can be highlighted
There is now an option to hightlight any unit that has a note associated with it. This makes it very easy to view the paperwork and see which units need attention.
Adjustments made to layouts in the Design Window can now be saved.
Any adjustments made to a layout while in the Design Window, such as resizing a column, or adjusting the positioning of columns, can now be saved permanently. This allows for much easier layout customization without having to continually return to the Layout Editor.
Unit wattage is automatically filled in when a known unit is entered.
When entering a unit that LPS recognizes, the wattage for that unit is automatically filled in. This auto-wattage-fill option can be turned off, if desired, from the editing preferences.
A drop down menu of optional wattages is now available from the wattage column
The wattage column of a unit now supports a drop down menu, accessible via right clicking or by typing the Alt-Down-Arrow key combination. This drop down menu displays any optional wattages for the unit if that unit is recognized by LPS.
Auto-complete option can be turned off
The auto complete option, which fills in items in the table cells based upon matches from previous items as you type, can now be turned off via a checkbox in the editing preferences.

Bug Fixes
Fixed:
The Import feature was not adding Unit Types, Purposes, Positions, Colors, Template correctly to the show lists. This resulted in blank lists for these items after an import. This has been fixed.
Fixed:
The Shop Order Wizard was not calculating stock vs rental units properly. All stock units were being ignored and every unit was considered to be rented. This has been fixed.
Fixed:
When adjusting a specific value across multiple units, if the blank line at the end of the layout was also selected, an error would occur. This would sometimes cause LPS to freeze. This has been fixed.
Fixed:
The right click popup menu that is displayed when right clicking on the channel (C) or dimmer (D) columns of the Accessory table, located inside the Instrument Properties window would not display if you right clicked within the channel (C) or dimmer (D) cell while it was being edited. This made it difficult to fully utilize the popup menu. This has been fixed.
Fixed:
After performing a global change via the show Purpose, Position or Unit Type lists, then Navigation Window and Design windows did not automatically update themselves. This has been fixed.
Fixed:
If you made a change to the size or position of a layout column via the Design Window and then entered a new unit, or modified an existing unit, the layout would return to its original state. This has been fixed and now any changes made to the layout from the Design Window are maintain for at least the time that layout is displayed.
Fixed:
If a template in the Template Wizard did not have a price associated with it, the dollar sign would still be displayed. This would result in a display such as '$ N/A'. This has been fixed.
Fixed:
If a color in the Color Wizard did not have a know transmission, the % sign would still be displayed. This would result is a display such as 'N/A %'. This has been fixed.
