The Intelligent Fog System (IFS) is the first fog system designed specifically to answer the issues of permanent
installations such as theme park rides, signs, and long-running shows.
The IFS is a component system that uses very rugged components and is carefully designed to operate with a minimum
amount of maintenance. By using compressed air and distilled or de-ionized water, the system actually flushes the
system clean keeping the heat exchanger free from clogging. The cleaning or "purge" cycle can be accessed automatically
or run through show control.
In addition, the IFS can run fog at several locations from a central fluid distribution center. Thus an attraction or
venue that requires fog in disparate locations, can have it where they want it, when they want it. Perhaps most important,
the IFS is designed to operate with nearly incredible durability up to 24 hours a day, day after day.
The IFS also features a diaphragm pump that uses compressed air and extremely sophisticated electronics.
The IFS uses all Rosco fog fluids and carries a limited 5-year warranty.
The Delta 3000, Delta Hazer, Model 1600, Alpha 900 and the PF-1000 have been tested for use in professional theatrical
productions and are included under the Equipment-Based Guidelines of the Equity-League Pension and Health Trust Funds.
